Before founding MFC Lucide, Mathias Forlini held senior leadership roles in international retail across Europe. General management, commercial strategy, and large-scale organisational transformation were at the core of every position.
He holds an Executive Master in Management and Coaching from Université Paris-Dauphine (2025) and an Executive MBA (2007). His coaching approach blends cognitive-behavioural methods with over three decades of leadership experience in complex, high-pressure environments.
