My Transition
In 2025, I graduated from the Executive Master in Management & Coaching at Paris-Dauphine.
It wasn’t a rupture.
It was more the formalisation of a practice built over many years:
developing people, co-creating with teams, and supporting transformations from the inside.
Today, this is the core of my work.
My anchor point is cognitive-behavioural coaching.
I start from a simple conviction:
people and organisations already have the capabilities they need.
What blocks them is often the way situations are read,
how pressure is interpreted,
and how discomfort is handled.
I support people through the moments when the old frame no longer works,
and the new one is not yet stable:
new roles, evolving responsibilities, organisational transformations, team tensions.
My approach develops clarity, autonomy and active resilience —
so that people can act wisely, here and now, in service of what truly matters.
